A complimentary bottle of champagne will be chilled and
waiting for your enjoyment upon arrival.
Essential Included Items:
Kitchen utensils: glasses, dishes, silverware, pots
& pans, etc.
Towels, bedding, pillows & extra blankets are provided.
Toiletries: shampoo, paper towels,
toilet paper, extra trash bags & other essential items will
be present at the time of your arrival.
Recreational Equipment:
A portable CD/Tape/AM/FM radio, 2 boogie boards,
2 bicycles,
at least 4 beach towels, playing cards, misc. board games
& other fun items will be provided at no
charge for your enjoyment. (These items are to be left in
the same condition as they were at the
time of arrival. Use of these items are at the guests own
risk. Any damaged or missing items will
be repaired/ replaced at the expense of the guest)

the time of
your reservation & we try to accomadate your needs if possible.
Cable TV: The home is furnished with
2 color televisions: 1 in the living room with a VCR, &
1 in the master bedroom. In addition, cable TV service is
provided at no extra charge.
Internet Access: All
bedrooms have
high speed internet access ports (requires
computer with
ethernet network cards) Assistance in configuring your computer
can be provided upon request,
a $25 charge will apply. Once configured, high speed internet
access is unlimited for the
duration of your stay. 3 or more computers may be connected
at one time if needed.
Fire Safety: The
property is equipped with an fire/smoke detection system
which is actively
monitored 24hrs/day by Brinks Home Security. In the unlikely
event of a fire, the fire department
is automatically called & will respond within minutes. In
addition, traditional smoke detectors are
present throughout the unit. In addition, a fire extinguisher
is located in the kitchen area.

Premium center stage floor-seat tickets & access to VIP
area for concerts at Coors Amphitheater, San Diegos largest
concert pavilion (check show schedule for your vacation
dates & let us know in advance). We can get you on the
list & provide VIP access to the hottest San Diego nightclubs,
such as On Broadway, Aubergine & many more!
