Duration of stay:

Rentals are weekly: Arrival/Check-In 3pm Saturday, departure at 10am, the following Saturday. If you have a need for shorter rentals, we may be able to accommodate your circumstances if the property is not already booked. Discounts for multi-week rentals may be available. During Off peak season: Sept - April, monthly discounts always apply. Remember, San Diego is beautiful year round, even in the winter, “summer like” weather is very common! Additional/Extra Days: May be available (in increments of less than 1 week if the unit is not rented) call our office to check availability. Late Arrival: Unless special arrangements have been made in writing with property mgmt, we cannot apply discounts for late arrivals. Late Departure: Late departures are NOT ALLOWED! As we must have the unit available by 3pm, each and EVERY Saturday, our cleaning crew arrives promptly at 10am to have the unit thoroughly cleaned & made ready for our next guest. Unless prior arrangements are made in writing with property mgmt., late departures are not allowed in ANY circumstances. Restrictions:

NO pets: Although we love pets, for the enjoyment of other guests (with allergies, etc.) we do not allow pets on the premises. Sorry! Number of persons: We must know the number of persons staying, this unit sleeps 8 comfortably, 5 beds, (4 standard, 1 Queen size) plus Fold out bed sleeps an additional 2. We can make arrangements for up to 10 people, but we must know in advance. Condition: This property is an extremely nice luxury unit, raging parties & large groups of people are not allowed. Call with questions if you have any questions about our terms or conditions. The house must be left in the condition it was in at your time of arrival, do not remove any property from the property. Alcohol: Mission Beach is one of the last towns in the United States that allows alcohol on the beach (9am to dusk, and glass is never allowed). TIP: Do not carry open alcoholic beverages on the boardwalk or you may get a ticket. Otherwise, alcohol IS allowed on private property & beaches. Age Restrictions: Our rental agreement must be signed & guaranteed by an adult over 25 years of age with a credit card in their name, no exceptions. Ages of all guests staying at the property must be provided in the rental application (Violations, omissions or misrepresentations may result in loss of security deposit or early termination of the rental period). No Smoking: This property is & always has been a smoke free building.
